This project is informed by the precedent of Gramercy
Apartments to house people with a variety of incomes,
utilizing a modular system of units to fill a variety of needs.
The project leverages a large central courtyard with the idea
of the "outdoor living room" and a system of terraced
greenspaces. The project also makes use of amenities for
residents such as shared eating, recreation, and utility space
to build a sense of community.
